PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool useful for the research and development of curative agents for diseases believed to be caused by the abnormalities of intracellular signal transmission.

SOLUTION: A transformant cell is provided, which is obtained by transferring a host cell with both the genes encoding a Gm1 protein, a kind of G-protein α-subunits, involved in intracellular signal transmission by G-protein conjugated receptor (GPCR) stimulation, and encoding collapsin response mediator protein 2 (CRMP2) as a factor mediating the information on semaphorin as a nerve guidance factor, respectively.
