<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm collection device, alarm collection system, alarm collection method and alarm collection program, capable of reducing shared information to be handled by each means and more completely collecting them when reading and collecting alarm information reported by report-side means from a memory with an instruction of collection-side means. <P>SOLUTION: Alarm information storage means 13 on management means 15 side designates a storage position in a reporting memory 12 for storage each time alarm information is input into alarm information input means 11.
