<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of inexpensively and accurately carrying out inspection. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection system includes a remote-controlled robot 1 (a moving body), a video camera 15 installed on the robot 1, and a display 22 arranged separately from the robot. The robot 1 is provided with first and second laser pointers 18L and 18R (laser emitters) emitting first and second laser beams LB<SB POS="POST">L</SB>and LB<SB POS="POST">R</SB>in parallel along a same plane P. First and second index images Z<SB POS="POST">L</SB>and Z<SB POS="POST">R</SB>are indicated in the display 22. An user remote-controls the robot 1 so as to cause first and second laser beam images T<SB POS="POST">L</SB>and T<SB POS="POST">R</SB>to enter the first and second index images Z<SB POS="POST">L</SB>and Z<SB POS="POST">R</SB>, thereby making an optical axis 15a of the video camera 15 and the first and second laser beams LB<SB POS="POST">L</SB>and LB<SB POS="POST">R</SB>intersecting a plane target surface at right angles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
