PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration and separation tank for efficiently concentrating and separating cells from a medium culture.

SOLUTION: There are provided the concentration and separation tank and the concentration and separation device concentrate and separate cells from the medium culture by microscopic bubbles. The concentration and separation method uses the concentration and separation tank or the concentration and separation device. The method of producing useful resources from the cell uses the concentration and separation tank or the concentration and separation device.
