<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyimide siloxane solution composed of a polyimide siloxane having a polar group as a substituent, which is improved to simply and stably suppress (control) the viscosity increase of a reaction solution without adding any special facility and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a polyimide siloxane solution includes polymerizing and imidizing a tetracarboxylic acid component and a diamine component containing (a) a diaminopolysiloxane and (b) a diamine having a polar group, in a solvent, wherein (c) a ≥3C monohydric alcohol compound and/or a ≥2C polyhydric alcohol compound is added to the reaction solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
