A body fat measuring device (1A) comprising: multiple electrodes including electrodes for back (BL1-BL4, BU1-BU4) and electrodes for upper limbs (HR, HL); a bioimpedance measuring unit for measuring bioimpedance using the electrodes; a body composition data calculating unit for calculating the body fat level depending on the bioimpedance; a wearing belt (100A) for contacting, in a pressed state, the electrodes for back (BL1-BL4, BU1-BU4) with the back surface of a wearer; and a unit (300A) for upper limbs which comprises grips (310, 320) holdable by the wearer's hands, said grips (310, 320) being provided with the electrodes for upper limbs (HR, HL). The unit (300A) for upper limbs is attachable to the wearing belt (100A) and detachable therefrom. According to the body fat measuring device (1A), body fat level such as visceral fat level can be easily and highly accurately measured in homes and so on.
