PURPOSE: An LED apparatus for cultivating seaweed is provided to adjust the wavelength of light emitted from the apparatus to be optimally suitable for the growth point of the seaweed. CONSTITUTION: An LED apparatus for cultivating seaweed comprises the following: a first current detecting unit detecting the current amount flowing in first LEDs(103) having the first color temperature; a second current detecting unit detecting the current amount flowing in second LED2 having the second color temperature; a first power source unit(111) supplying power to the first LEDs to match the current amount of the LEDs to the first target current value; a second power source unit(113) supplying power to the second LEDs to match the current amount of the LEDs to the second target current value; and first and second over-current protector(105,103) secluding the current supplied to the LEDs when the voltage higher than the preset voltage is applied.
