The instant invention is a multilayer structure, and a process for making a multilayer structure. The multilayer structure includes (a) a first layer comprising one or more primary layers, wherein the first layer has a thickness in the range of less than 1 cm,—(b) a second layer comprising one or more secondary layers derived from one or more polyolefin dispersions, wherein the one or more secondary layers have a thickness in the range of less than 15μm; and (c) a third layer comprising one or more tertiary layers having a thickness in the range of less than 150μm. The second layer is disposed therebetween the first layer and the third layer.
