The tool has a cable (41) e.g. engine cable, extending into a housing, and a frame-like cable carrier (46) arranged in the housing transverse to a longitudinal axis. The carrier is strained axially into the housing, and radially inwardly holds the cable adjacent to the longitudinal axis of the housing. The housing has a handle rotatable with respect to a crankcase, and the cable is guided between the crankcase and handle. The carrier is arranged adjacent to a swivel joint (26), and is detachably fixed to the housing by axial and/or radial fastening units (48, 50). |
