METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF USE OF BISOPROL AT ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

摘要

Method for evaluation of effectiveness of use of bisoprolol at arterial hypertension through blood investigation. One determines fat-acid composition of lipids of erythrocytes and heart tissues of hypertensive rats by means of gas-liquid chromatography. One reveals changes in content of palmitic, arachidonic fat acids and sums of saturated, unsaturated, polyunsaturated fat acids before and after treatment with bisoprolol in combination with elgacyn during 3 months. One compares it to control, and at normalization of characteristics one evaluates effectiveness of treatment.
