The invention relates to machine parts, in particular – to tooth clutches that are not disengaged and give possibility of relative displacement of connected parts during operation, and can be used in machine drives. The tooth clutch consists of two bushings with external teeth and rings, put on the bushings, with internal teeth, teeth of the bushings are made flexible, and along the axis of symmetry of the teeth profile cuts are provided along the whole length of the teeth from the side of tops thereof, or from the end surfaces thereof in radial direction. The depth of the cuts can be larger than the teeth height. Radial cuts can be arranged along the axis of symmetry of the profile of inter-teeth depressions, along the whole length, or at the end surfaces of those, or together with the cuts in the teeth tops, with different combinations included, for instance in chess order. To the cuts on the tops self-locking keys can be placed, those compensate teeth wear in thickness. The side walls of the teeth after placement of keys to the cuts can be re-polished till formation of teeth initial geometry and thickness, and sections of keys that go out to outer diameter can be polished to initial dimension of the outer diameter of the bushings. |
