<p>The present invention relates to a method for determining an acoustic property of an environment (8). According to the method a sound signal (32) and at least two reflection signals (40, 51) of the sound signal (32) are received, and for each of the reflection signals (40, 51) a time difference between a time of reception of the sound signal (32) and a time of reception of the respective reflection signal (40, 51) is determined. Furthermore, for each of the reflection signals (40, 51), an angle (39, 52) between a reception direction (43) in which the sound signal (32) was received and a reception direction (44, 53) in which the respective reflection signal (40, 51) was received is determined. Based on the determined time differences, the angles (39, 52) and predetermined constraints defining arrangement constraints of the sound reflecting surfaces (35, 50) an arrangement of the sound-reflecting surfaces (35, 50) is determined.</p> |
