Method for producing wear-resistant coating ON non-ferrous alloys

The invention relates to the printing, mechanical-engineering and instrument-making industry and concerns a method for producing wear-resistant coating on the details from non ferrous alloys by the application of chemical coating of Ni-Co-P from an aqueous solution of salts of Ni and Co. The composition of Ni and Co salts of single sulfuric acid is chosen to improve the application of chemical coating. After chemical coating and heat treatment the reinforced layer with the thickness of 14-16 microns and microhardness of 9 GPa is formed, which allows to increase the wear resistance and service life of machine parts.
