PURPOSE: A method for detecting a gene mutation causing Wilson's disease by restriction enzyme fragment mass polymorphism(RFMP) is provided to quickly, accurately, and simply analyze ATP7B gene mutation allele. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting a gene mutation causing Wilson's disease by restriction fragment mass polymorphism(RFMP) comprises: a step of amplifying a polynucleotide containing a base of ATP7B gene using forward and reverse primers; a step of generating a single stranded polynucleotide fragment; and a step of measuring the molecular weight of the fragment. |
