<p>The method involves determining a control parameter, which reflects a pollution degree of cleaned bottles of a cleaning machine (2). The pollution degree of the cleaned bottles is detected. The detected pollution degree is evaluated. The bottles evaluated to exhibit a high pollution degree are returned to an inlet of the cleaning machine. The cleaning parameter of the cleaning machine is automatically controlled by a fuzzy logic system if a number of the returned bottles exceeds a predetermined target value or target range based on the number of cleaned bottles. An independent claim is also included for a cleaning system comprising a controller.</p> |
