The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a siloxane according to general formula (I)
wherein
R means -C 1 -C 6 -alkyl;
R 1 and R 2 each mean independently of one another -C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, or together form a (2n)-membered ring;
and n is an integer of from 2 to 8;
for use in combination with a pharmacologically active ingredient in the prophylaxis or treatment of a dental disorder.
