PURPOSE: A medical fomentation pack and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a fomentation pack from being damaged and to recycle a fomentation pack. CONSTITUTION: A medical fomentation pack comprises: a main body(10) which is integrally formed by molding a raw material; a sealing unit(11) which is formed in the edge of the main body; a receiving space which is formed so that contents can be filled into the main body by the sealing unit; an entrance(13) which is formed on the top of the main body; a slot(14) which is formed by the contact of the front and rear of the main body; a penetration hole(15) which is formed to be penetrated in the edge of the sealing unit; and a closing unit(20a) which blocks the entrance after contents are charged.
