A valve (10) configured to receive a fluid, such as ambient air, from one or more sources (28) and distribute the fluid to one or more outlet ports (12) selected from a plurality of outlet ports. The valve includes a first (14) and second (16) member forming a cavity (18) that contains a rotational disk (20) used to directed a fluid through one or more outlet ports (12) located in the second member (16). The first member (14) includes a distribution chamber (30) for receiving the fluid from an inlet port (28) and for distributing the fluid to the rotational disk (20). The rotational disk (20) may be controlled using a motor (56) and sensor (60, 70) to align one or more apertures (22) in the disk (20) with one or more selected output ports (12) in the second member (16).
