<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate adjusting material which is excellent in quick setting property, tentative water-proofing property and substrate adhesion property to various materials in a wide temperature range and can be subjected to various top coat finishing material. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer cement composition comprises a hydraulic composition containing alumina cement, Portland cement and blast furnace slag powder and an epoxy resin, wherein the epoxy resin includes an oily base compound (nonaqueous) of the epoxy resin and a water based curing agent for the epoxy resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
