Method of early diagnostics of Legg-Kalve-Pertes disease includes implementation of clinical investigation of patient, with rontgenography, rheovazofraphy, ultrasonic investigation and magneto-resonance tomography, blood investigation for TORCH-infections and puncture of stump joint. At reveal of presence of cytomegalovirus infection, increase of number of lymphocytes in punction with respect to the number of neutrophils, at reveal of dilatation of joint slot, thickening of capsule and increase of volume of intra-joint fluid, decrease of blood filling and disorder of venous outflow by data of rheovazography and if in course of treatment clinical symptoms do not decrease, one diagnoses 0 stage of the Legg-Kalve-Pertes disease. |
