PURPOSE: A ship and a device for controlling the damper of the duct for a ship are provided to simply control a damper by connecting a rod arm to the damper and the rod arm to a handle outside the ceiling of cabin and controlling the handle outside the ceiling of the cabin. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the damper of the duct(100) for a ship comprises a rod arm(400) and a handle(500). The rod arm is connected to a damper(200) on the lower part of the damper of a duct installed in the ceiling of the cabin of the ship. The handle is connected to the rod arm outside the ceiling of the cabin. The air flow of the duct is controlled outside the ceiling of the cabin of the ship by operation of the handle.
