<p>PURPOSE: A biomarker for renal cancer, TGase2 or VHL, is provided to early diagnose renal cancer and to study tumorigenesis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing renal cancer contains an agent for measuring TAase2(transglutaminase 2) or VHL(von Hippel-Lindau) expression level. The agent includes a primer, probe, or antisense oligonucleotide, and antibody which are specific to TGase2 gene and antibody, respectively. The expression level of VHL includes VHL monomer or polymer expression level. A kit for diagnosing renal cancer contains the composition. The kit is a protein chip kit.</p> |
