The device has a determination module (301) for determining areas of research of delays and Doppler from a trajectory of carrier. A processing unit generates a signal with stationary phase on a time slot corresponding to a distance traveled by the device during coherent integration after demodulation of the received signal. The processing unit includes a correction unit formed of displacement speed determination module (306), calculation module (307), digital control oscillator (308), multiplier (309), and integration module (313) for correcting carrier phase of the signal. An independent claim is also included for a method for receiving signals from a satellite navigation system by synthetic aperture antenna.
