<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a method capable of easily performing assembling work by a structure in which a caliper 2a is divided. <P>SOLUTION: The caliper 2a is constituted by a cylinder side body part 42 and a cam side body part 43 being separate bodies from each other. A piston 10a previously arranged with an adjust nut 28 at the inside is assembled to the cylinder side body part 42 of them by fitting it to a cylinder 9a of the cylinder side body part 42 without rotation. Further, the spindle 11a is thread-engaged with the adjust nut 28 by rotating the cam side body part 43 previously assembled with the spindle 11a making a central axis of the cylinder 9a as a center.
