<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component of a smaller size with coil winding tension maintained, a motor, a fuel pump, and a coil winding method. <P>SOLUTION: The coil component comprises a coil core 32 and an insulator 40 constituting a bobbin, and a coil 48 which is wound to the insulator 40 and electrified to generate magnetic flux.
