<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency in controlling a field apparatus by automatically transmitting a control request for the field apparatus by a person in charge of maintenance engaging in field work of a railway to an interlocking device corresponding to the field apparatus. SOLUTION: An information distributing server 1 extracts information on the field apparatus and the interlocking device corresponding to a received setting request from registered information stored in a storage device 16 when receiving control setting request mail of the field apparatus from a cellular phone 2, and transmits a control setting request signal to the extracted interlocking device 40. When receiving control state information for indicating the effect of setting field apparatus control according to this setting request from the interlocking device 40, the information distributing server 1 transmits the information to the cellular phone 2 by mail. When receiving display information for indicating the effect of completing the setting of various field apparatuses 50 according to the setting request from the interlocking device 40, the information distributing server 1 transmits the display information to the cellular phone 2 by mail.</p> |
