<p>Embodiments disclosed herein relate to one or more embodiments of and methods to make a reinforced flexible pipe. The reinforced flexible pipe includes a pipe structure, a first composite tape member having a T-shaped cross section, and a second composite tape member having a T-shaped cross section, in which the first composite tape member is wrapped on the pipe structure in a first orientation and the second composite tape member is wrapped on the pipe structure in a second orientation.
