PURPOSE: An automatic pin assembly apparatus is provided to improve work efficiency because a pin is automatically inserted into a transformer after being moved and cut in regular length. CONSTITUTION: An automatic pin assembly apparatus comprises a pin transferring unit(2), a pin caulking unit(3), a pin cutting part(4), a pin inserting unit(6), and a pin forming unit(7). The pin transferring unit delivers a pin(1). The pin caulking unit caulks the pin delivered through the pin transferring unit to a predetermined form. The pin cutting part cuts the coked pin to predetermined length. The pin inserting unit inserts the cut pin into a part(5). In a state of inserted and fixed in the part, the pin forming unit bends the pin at right angle. |
