PURPOSE: A pneumatic vehicle tire is provided to form a bending part which surrounds an end of a carcass turn-up part in an end of an inner chaffer and prevent stress, thereby increasing durability. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic vehicle tire includes a tread, a side wall(1), a bead unit(2), and a carcass(3). The bead unit includes a bead wire unit(21). The carcass surrounds the outside of a bead wire unit. A steel chaffer(22) and a nylon chafer reinforce the bead unit. The nylon chafer is composed of an inner chaffer(23) and an external chaffer. The inner chaffer is installed on the inside of a carcass turn-up unit. A bending unit(25) surrounds an end of the carcass turn-up unit. The external chaffer is installed on the outside of the carcass turn-up unit.
