摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to cost reduction and the prevention of global warming by utilizing the waste heat of a bottle washing machine as the heat source of a compression type heat pump using CO<SB>2</SB>as a cooling medium and utilizing hot water of about 90&deg;C produced by the CO<SB>2</SB>compression type heat pump as the heat source of the bottle washing machine to reduce the operation of a boiler using crude petroleum. <P>SOLUTION: In this bottle washing method wherein a plurality of treatment tanks 3-9 are arranged so that the temperature of a treatment solution stepwise rises from the treatment tank on an inlet side and subsequently falls toward the rear stage treatment tank and an endless carrier 2 for feeding a large number of bottle containers is washed through a plurality of the treatment tanks, the discharge pressure of a compressor and the circulating amount of the cooling medium corresponding to the heat exchange energy in a gas cooler are set by a heat pump device 41 using CO<SB>2</SB>as the cooling medium to make hot water of 75-100&deg;C and the hot water is first thermally exchanged with the treatment solution on a high temperature side among the treatment solutions stored in the treatment tanks and subsequently thermally exchanged with the treatment solutions on lower temperature sides in succession to heat the treatment solutions in the respective treatment tanks to set temperatures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
