PURPOSE: A coating method of a functional material using hydrogenated oil is provided to pre-coat the functional material with the hydrogenated oil for securing the property of the functional material. CONSTITUTION: A coating method of a functional material using hydrogenated oil comprises the following steps: inserting seeds into a coating pan; inserting the hydrogenated oil into the coating pan for coating the seeds; and inserting the functional material into the coating pan for coating the seeds. The seeds are selected from the group consisting of saccharide, sugar alcohol, cereals, natural products, compounds, food ingredients, drugs, and their mixture. The functional material is selected from lactobacillus, perfume, the saccharide, the sugar alcohol, the cereals, the natural product, the compounds, the food ingredients, the drugs, and their mixture. |
