PURPOSE: A constant speed rotation converting device for an AC generator is provided to obtain a constant speed of the AC generator by obtaining AC power through a rotation drum unit and an excitation coil. CONSTITUTION: A rotation drum unit(10) rotates through a V belt connected to an internal combustion engine. An excitation coil(20) generates magnetic force by applying a voltage to an initial excitation unit(41). An inducer(30) rotates with magnetic flux when DC power is applied to the excitation coil with the magnetic force. An excitation voltage and overspeed control unit(40) controls an SCR gate(43) by detecting a frequency with the voltage of a generator(60).
