The handle (2) has a flat retaining ring (10) occupying a position in which the retaining ring retains a lock forming element in a clamp (4). A clipping pin (32) maintains the retaining ring in the position. A spacer (34) extends from a side, of the clipping pin, opposite the retaining ring to block the pin engaged with the retaining ring. The clamp defines a spacer receiving housing (28) that is arranged such that the spacer is accessible from an exterior of the clamp when the spacer is in pin blocking position.
