The inventive screwdriver with magnetic system comprises a hollow handle that houses a magnet located in close proximity the upper end portion of the hollow handle, this latter element being attached to a hollow rigid body having a cylindrical-shaped outer portion and a square-shaped inner portion, which end portion attached to the hollow handle has a threaded tensing nut located within the hollow handle and in close proximity the lower portion thereof useful for attaching the hollow handle to the rigid hollow body and forming a single piece; also includes a plurality of trapezoidal head brads which are contained within the hollow rigid body and which have a flange perpendicular the body located in the distal end portion so as to form an "L" shape in order to avoid the removal of the brads, a pressure screw being located perpendicular the hollow handle in order to exert pressure over the brads.
