A trap for capturing flying insects that provides in one single device the following functional advantages: flexibility of application, ease of operation and effectiveness of capture, wherein said trap is made up of three components. (a) a hollow vertical duct of conical or cylindncal shape and with a preferably circular section, that is perforated or slotted in its upper end, (b) an upper container of conical or cylindncal shape and with a preferably circular section, equipped with a lid; and (c) a lidless lower contamer, of conical or cylindrical shape and with a preferably arcular section, said components are joined together so that the geometrical axis of the three components coincides and the vertical duct Interconnects the upper contamer with the lower one, extending entirely through the upper container. |
