FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: beverage-type product contains water, a non-sweetening quantity of monatin, an additional ingredient as a taste modifier represented by at least one of the following ingredients: a sweetening quantity of a sweetener other than monatin, a flavouring agent, a colouring agent, an acidifier, a vitamin, a mineral and a mixture of any of them. The concentrate for beverage preparation contains an initial volume of water, a non-sweetening quantity of monatin, an additional ingredient. The taste-and-flavour mixture for the beverage contains a solvent, at least extract of a taste-and-flavour substance or a synthetical taste-and-flavour substance and non-sweetening monatin. The beverage production method envisages mixing the taste-and-flavour mixture in an amount of 0.01 wt % - 5.0 wt % of the beverage with the additional ingredient. ^ EFFECT: method ensures intensification or attenuation of the desired characteristics such as taste and flavour. ^ 26 cl, 5 ex |
