FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology, and can be used as anesthesiologic aids as during carrying out traumatic surgery on extremities. For this purpose before performing anesthesia 0.25% naropin solution is heated to temperature 37C. At the stage of naropin working solution preparation its temperature is controlled. After that heated solution is introduced into area of fascial compartment of nerve plexus in amount, higher than usual dose, namely more than 40 ml. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure achievement of adequate anesthesia without additional introduction of general anesthetics. ^ 2 ex |
