PURPOSE: A sleeping bag manufacturing method and a sleeping bag manufactured thereby are provided to prevent degradation of a warmth-keeping function. CONSTITUTION: A sleeping bag manufacturing method comprises: a step of melting silica powder mixed with silicon dioxide(SiO2) 70%, aluminium oxide(Al2O3) 13%, and calcium oxide(CaO) 17% powder, melting the mixture by heating the mixture, and dropping the mixture; a step of spraying oxygen to the falling mixture, collecting rod-shaped particles into a molding frame(20), and molding a core material(40) in a sheet shape by using a rotating press roller(30); and a step of manufacturing a square vacuum panel insulating material by inhaling air through an opened part and sealing the opened part. |
