摘要 PURPOSE: A gene delivery system containing a vector and reducible polymers is provided to stabilize DNA in an extracellular region and to promote absorption. CONSTITUTION: A gene delivery system containing a vector with intracellular nuclear protein binding motif and reducible polymers. The reducible polymer is protamine, amido amine, oligo imine, poly(oligo-arginine), poly-L-lysine, chitosan, PAMAM(poly amido amine) dendrimer, stearyl-PLL complex, poly ornithine, poly alginine, poly ethylene imine, amido ethylene imine, or poly(amido ethylene imine). The intracellular nuclear protein binding motif is NF-kappa B binding motif.
