PURPOSE: A producing method of a polyurethane film for grasping an object to be polished is provided to easily wash both sides of a polyurethane coating layer, and to reduce the producing cost by removing a process of bonding supporting films with the polyurethane coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a polyurethane film comprises the following steps: spreading a polyurethane resin on a base sheet(S10); hardening the polyurethane resin to obtain a polyurethane coating layer(S20); separating the polyurethane coating layer from the base sheet(S30); washing both sides of the polyurethane coating layer by successively passing the layer through plural washing tanks(S40); drying the washed polyurethane coating layer(S50); sanding the rear side of the polyurethane coating layer(S60); and combining the polyurethane coating layer with a double-sided tape(S70).
