The appropriate output of the operation mode setting unit is connected to the inlet of the modulator. The radiator comprises radiating elements. The device additionally comprises a switch with one high-frequency input and high-frequency outputs and a unit of switch control. The output of the mode setting unit is connected to the input of the switch control unit.
