The apparatus has a line sensor, and a pantograph width filtering section configured to define a white point, where a pixel passes from black to white following binary image lines and to define a white point where the pixel passes from white to black following the lines. The section is configured for keeping in white, one of points of top or bottom edge when a space between the points following the lines is comprised inside a tolerance interval and for bringing other points to become black. The section is configured for considering remaining white points as a pantograph trace. |
