SPREX(SEQUENCE SPECIFIC PRIMER REFRACTORY EXTENSION)-DNA CHIP KIT FOR HIGH RESOLUTION TYPING OF HLA ALLELE

PURPOSE: An HLA allele SPREX(sequence specific primer refractory)-DNA chip kit of high resolution is provided to select HLA allele. CONSTITUTION: A DNA chip for detecting HLA allele contains a probe of sequence numbers 1-219 which specifically binds to a HLA allele. The HLA allele includes HLA-A, HLA-B, or HLA-DRB1. The probe contains a probe for detecting HLA-A of sequence numbers 1-55; a probe for detecting HLA-B of sequence numbers 56-149; and a probe for detecting HLA-DRB1 of sequence numbers 150-219. The DNA chip further contains a probe as a positive control or negative control.
