The device has a removable assembly formed with a linear or circular shaped body (1) that comprises electrically conducting lines and connectors (3) at a surface and in interior. An electronic box (4) includes power supply voltage conversion functions, lighting elements controlling function and lighting regulation function. An illuminating module (7) is distributed along length of the body and located on an axis of the body. The module includes probes that are in contact with the body so as to assure power supply for the illuminating element carried by the module.
