The system has a server (200) with a control circuit (203) to control activation of each of terminals. Each terminal has a central unit for processing radio messages delivered by the server and controlling distribution control units based on the messages received from an interrupter. The central unit generates messages to be emitted based on information delivered by the control units. Repetition units are respectively connected to output of a radio reception unit and an input of a radio transmission unit. An identification and/or management unit identifies and/or manages an adjacent terminal.
