The implant (1) has a lower part (2) i.e. implant body, interacted in a bone tissue of a mandible or a jawbone. A base is prolonged in the lower part. A part (5) with adjustable length (L5) is formed in cylindrical shape, and extends to the base. A unit i.e. flat part (7), cooperates with a driving mechanism in rotation of the dental implant, where the flat part is provided on circumference of the base. The part comprises a recess (6) along the length direction, where the recess is provided with a threading.
