FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: what is offered in application of at least one strain of probiotic bacteria specified in Lactobacillus plantarum 299, DSM 6595, Lactobacillus plantarum 299v, DSM 9843, Lactobacillus plantarum HEAL 9, DSM 15312, Lactobacillus plantarum HEAL 19, DSM 15313, Lactobacillus plantarum HEAL 99, DSM 15316, Lactobacillus paracasei 8700:2, DSM 13434 and Lactobacillus paracasei 02A, DSM13432 for preparing a composition for treating and/or preventing a viral infection caused by 'cold' virus, and a related method for treating and/or preventing.
