The invention refers to the transport sector, and it can be used in railway automatic blocking systems. The invention increases the safety and stability of system and reduces the service costs. The offered transmitter contains (fig.1): the relays 1 and 2 for commutation of power lines; the control device 3; channels 4, 5 and 6 of red code (RC), yellow code (YC) and green code (GC); interface 7; relays 8 and 9 of RC channels; relays 10 and 11 of YC channels; relays 12 and 13 of GC channels. Control device 3 starts initialization of program after powering of microcontroller. If the line voltage is within range of nominal voltage, then the relays 1 and 2 are activated. Said activation powers channels 4, 5 and 6. At the same time the channels 4, 5, 6 are initialized. Channels 5 and 6 are synchronized by signal from channel 4. The output signals of channels 4, 5 and 6 are fed into the input of control device 3 where the codes are validated taking into account the numerical-code values and their compliance with accuracy criteria of time characteristics. At the same time device 3 controls the quality of supply voltage. In the case when the power supply voltage loses the quality and codes do not meet the validation criteria, then the excitation signals from relays 1 and 2 stop the operation of transmitter, and information about this is sent to the interface 7. At the end the microcontrollers of channels 4, 5 and 6 return their programs to the state of beginning, the RC 4 again resynchronizes channels 5 and 6, control device 3 continues functioning, and the interface 7 is provided with the information about the normal operation of transmitter. |
