LOAN SYSTEM OF RENTAL FEE INCREASE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A loan system and method thereof about the increase of rental fee are provided to automatically load the money by applying increase of load to a financial institute if a lesser requests the increase of the rental fee to a lessee. CONSTITUTION: The increase of rental fee about renewal is reported to a lessee terminal(S402). A management company server updates lease contract between a lesser and a lessee(S406). A contract is transmitted to the lessee terminal and a lesser terminal. The lessee terminal applies load of the increase of the rental fee to a financial institute server(S408). The financial institute server requests increase of the rental fee information. The financial institute server sends rental fee to an account number of the lesser(S412).
