METHOD AND APPARATUS OF COMPENSATING DELAY OF MESSAGE TRANSMISSION USING PROCESS PRIORITY ADJUSTMENT IN HETEROGENEOUS COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE: A delay compensation method and apparatus thereof are provided to prevent the delay of a message transmission by measuring a transmission delay rate from a gateway. CONSTITUTION: When calculated MPRF(Message Priority Raising Factor) is higher than a permission threshold value, a work scheduling unit(450) fixes the work priority of message dispatchers(451~454). The work scheduling unit gradually controls the work priority. When the MPRF is lower than a standard value, the work scheduling unit controls the work priority of the message dispatchers.
